		<description>My advice is: listen your body and mind, do regular exercises (minimum 45 minut with 60 percent of your max pulse) and eat half of your normal meal... :) With this rules I spend 10,5 kg per 8 weeks :) BTW. Very good article. Thanks for sharing :)</description>
